Ali the owner is a nice guy who takes the time to interact with his customers and takes time to deliver your request as you want them. Several locations and Maloney wast is by far the best. The food here is awesome they dress up like chefs and at first, I thought it was a bit much. After tasting the food and getting some backstory, I found out that the owners brought the recipe back from Lebanon and the food is prepared with the utmost quality and precision to satisfy their guests. The value for the chef like experience is worth going the extra distance to enjoy real Shawarma. I live 40km away, and after eating here, I will definitely make it a day for the family's outing. Didn't have my phone during my meal, but the photo represents a clean and tasty impression.

Really loved their shawarma especially the meet. Price is not too bad, good service and good quality, everything tastes good and fresh. Sandwich could be warmer but okay. Only one thing to note, they don’t accept credit cards, only cash or debit. Great Lebanese experience, sure I will eat there again.

After all the disappointment you get from what they called themselves "shawarma restaurant " , you find "le palais libanais " to heel your heart and your tummy . Specially the service we got from RABIH. That's it. No one else can make it

Hands down the best shawarma in the Ottawa-Gatineau area! The portion was absolutely amazing. Generous, filling, and worth every penny. The chicken was the juiciest, most flavorful I’ve ever had, packed with delicious spices on top of that, the service was fantastic. Staff is very welcoming. If you’re looking for top-tier shawarma, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Super fantastic shawarma! The service was a 10/10 as well, the staff were all extremely welcoming and kind. It is some of the best service I have received in a while. The food was flavourful, balanced and the portions were very big. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for food in the area, especially since everywhere else is low rated and has limited variety.

I was staying in Gatineau and saw this place as we drove through town. The building was so nice and new I had to search it to return later. We did have n fact return but to the other - original location in town. I had my heart set on the new pretty restaurant which was closer to our destination anyway so we left to go to the location on Maloney. It was easy for me to choose as I took a mixed grill like the person before me. When I got the plate i swear it weighed 5 pounds! My daughter and I ate and ate and I had a snack and breakfast and there was still a little left. I wish this was in my town!!! Huge yes!! Beautiful little shop and even a private room for small gatherings. Thanks to the nice staff who were patient with us while I debated the entire menu!
